Got this old sit-down exercise bike from my mum’s old house in southminster, Maldon. It’s been sitting in the garage for years, mostly just collecting dust. The frame’s solid, the pedals still turn, and it does come apart in the middle – useful if you want to move it or store it. It’s not super clean, a bit scratched here and there, but it works. I’m just letting it go now, won’t need it. If you're into low-impact workouts or just want something to keep a bit of movement going, it might be worth a look.
