2015 MG3 1.5 VTi TECH 3Style Hatchback

Description

Got this MG3 in 2015, and I’ve actually kept it pretty much as-is since. Only 32k miles on the clock, and it’s been with just two owners — so it’s still been well looked after. The 1.5L petrol engine doesn’t shout, but it’s got enough punch for the day-to-day stuff, and it hits 60 in about 10.4 seconds, which isn’t fast but feels solid for a hatchback.

The 3Style trim gives it a bit of flair — 16-inch alloy wheels, either black or white diamond finish, which I’ve kept both on, depending on the weather. The car’s got Bluetooth, so I can keep my phone connected for calls and music, and it’s got automatic headlights with a dusk sensor, which is a real life-saver when driving in the mornings or evenings.

Insurance’s low, which I’ve found really useful — doesn’t drain your wallet like some other cars do. It’s not flashy, but it handles well, drives smoothly, and I’ve not had any major issues with it over the years.

It’s currently in Clitheroe, Ribble Valley, and I’m thinking of selling it because I’ve finally got a new one on the horizon. It’s a solid, reliable little car — just not one I need to keep around anymore.

Price is £4,311 — I know it’s a bit on the high side, but it’s been maintained well and has a great history.
