Nitecore Q2 Li-ion and IMR Battery Charger (Yellow)
Description
So I’ve had this Nitecore Q2 charger for a few years now and it’s been a real lifesaver for all my little batteries — from LED lights to small gadgets. It’s got two slots, so you can charge two batteries at once, which is handy if you’re swapping out things like flashlights or spare cells. It’s built for both Li-ion and IMR batteries, and the way it handles the charging process is pretty smart — it watches the voltage closely and stops before overcharging, which helps batteries last longer. I’ve noticed it doesn’t get hot during use, and the red light turns green when charging’s done, which is simple to see.
One thing I like is that it figures out the right charge setting on its own — no fiddling around. It also has a few safety bits: it won’t let you charge if the batteries are inserted backwards, it’s made with flame-retardant materials, and it stops automatically after 15 hours if it’s not getting used.
It works with a wide range of batteries — like 18650s, 16340s, 17670s, and even some flat-topped ones like the 17700. If you’ve got a mix of old and new gear, this should cover most of them.
The thing is, it’s not super big — about the size of a small notebook — and it weighs just 92 grams. I keep it in my toolkit because it’s reliable and doesn’t take up much space.
It’s from Saltney, Flintshire, and I’m just letting it go for £13.50. I’ve used it a lot, but it’s still in great shape — no signs of wear, and the original box has the Type G plug and validation sticker, so it’s definitely genuine.
If you’ve got spare batteries or small tools that need charging, this might be useful. I’m not looking for much — just a quick chat if you’re interested.
