I’ve had this 2021 BMW 2 Series 218i M Sport for a few years now and it’s been a solid daily driver. It’s only done 21,930 miles, which is pretty low for its age, and it’s Euro 6 compliant so it’s clean and runs efficiently. The 1.5-litre petrol engine is smooth, and the M Sport trim gives it that sporty feel without being too aggressive. Inside, the seats are perforated Dakota leather in black with grey highlights – comfortable, not too stiff, and looks great. I’ve got the rain sensor that turns on the headlights automatically and sun protection glazing, which helps keep the cabin cooler. The MOT is valid until January 2026, so it’s got a good head start on long-term ownership.

One of the best things about it is how economical it is – I’ve managed up to 48 miles per gallon, which is impressive for a small hatchback. It also has low CO2 emissions and a low insurance group, so running costs are actually pretty manageable. I’m selling it because I’ve recently moved to Argyll and Bute, Scotland, and I’m looking for something a bit more rural and quieter to live in.

The car’s been checked properly – I’ve had it through a full HPI check and it’s all clear.
