Description

This 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2.2 CDi has been my main work vehicle for years — it’s a BT5 ton, dual-wheel base cherry picker with a 13m working height and a Versalift system. It’s been fully operational since new and has only had one owner. I’ve used it regularly on construction sites and it drives well, though it’s been known to drop into limp mode occasionally — I think it’s down to an air intake leak, but it’s not a major issue.

It’s now at 158k miles, and the safety belts have pretensioners, which I’ve kept in good working order. I’ve only ever driven it on local jobs, so it’s been well maintained. The speed limit’s been around 56mph, and I’ve never pushed it much beyond that.

I’m based in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, and I’m happy to meet up to check it over if you’re interested. I’m not looking for a buyer who’s going to turn it into a weekend toy — this is a serious piece of equipment that’s been used and trusted over the years.
