Description

Got this 2018 Ford C-Max estate in Horley, Reigate and Banstead — it's been well looked after and still runs smoothly. The 1.0 EcoBoost engine is efficient, and it’s got that nice titanium trim with 17-inch alloy wheels — 15-spoke, chrome finish on the upper door lines. The door handles match the body colour, and the mirrors are heated, electric, powerfold, with side indicators built in. Front fog lights with chrome trim, approach lights, and locking wheel nuts too.

Windows are all electric — front and back — with one-touch up/down and global open/close. There’s a 12V power socket handy, cruise control with active speed limiter, EPAS steering, and Ford Eco Mode. The SYNC3 DAB system is solid, and the driver info screen gives you all the details you need. Headlights are halogen with LED day running lights, automatic on/off.

Inside, the seats are sports-style, with manual height and fore-aft adjustments on both driver and passenger seats. The passenger seat has lumbar support too. Front seats have height-adjustable headrests, and the centre console has a sliding armrest and a sunglasses holder. There’s also a child observation mirror and ISOFIX points for kids’ seats.

The rear seats fold flat and are individually adjustable — great for camping or moving stuff around. I’ve got a quickclear heated windscreen, scuff plates on the front, and the dashboard has dual-zone climate control. The steering column lets you adjust rake and reach, and the gear knob is leather. Glovebox lights, ambient LED courtesy lighting, and front/rear reading lights with on/off function — all the little touches.

It’s got a full safety suite: airbags (driver, front passenger, side, and curtain), ESC with traction control, hill start assist, EBA, ABS with EBD, and an alarm that’s Thatcham Category 1 with volume sensing. Also has IPS, keyless entry, power rear door child locks, and remote central locking.

I’ve been using it for a few years, and it’s just never been driven hard — still has the original Ford fuel capless system and a mini spare wheel. Just a solid, practical estate that’s been reliable and easy to maintain.

Price is £7,434 — not too bad for a well-maintained one like this. If you're thinking about something practical, fuel-efficient, and not too flashy, this one’s worth a look.

P.S. I live in Horley, Reigate and Banstead — so no long drives or hassle to meet up. Just pop by if you're interested.
