2022 Ford Kuga 2.0 EcoBlue mHEV ST-Line 5-door Diesel Estate
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s my go-to for weekend trips and daily commutes. It’s a 2022 Ford Kuga 2.0 EcoBlue mHEV ST-Line Edition, diesel estate, five doors. I bought it new from a dealer back in the day, and honestly, it’s been a solid ride. The engine is a 2.0 EcoBlue mild hybrid — not too loud, not too thirsty. You get smooth acceleration and it’s actually quite efficient for a diesel. I’ve done a fair bit of driving over the years, but it’s held up well. The cabin is roomy, especially in the back — great for families or just having room for gear.
I’ve had it serviced properly, and it’s got a full service history. The tyres are all in good shape — replaced a few years ago when they dropped below 3mm, which is actually a legal requirement (1.6mm is the limit, so we’re good there). The MOT is still good — minimum 9 months left, and I don’t have to service it for another 6 months or 6,000 miles.
It comes with a decent list of features: climate control, satellite nav, DAB radio, Bluetooth, parking sensors, stop-start, heated windscreen, alloy wheels, Apple/Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There’s also a B&O audio system with 10 speakers and a subwoofer — the sound is actually quite good. I’ve used it for long drives and it’s never missed a beat.
I’ve had it checked with an HPI and a VOSA report — both confirm no accidents, no finance, and no import history. That’s a real relief when you’re looking at a used car.
I live in Seaford, Lewes, so if you're local and want to check it out, I can point you in the right direction. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, but I’m happy to meet up for a test drive if you’re interested.
I’m not selling it for a lot — it’s just that I’ve had enough of the long commutes and I’m looking to downsize. The price is £17,103.60, which is fair given the low mileage and the fact it’s been well looked after.
If you're thinking of buying a diesel estate with a bit of modern tech and good practicality, this one might be worth a look. Just don’t expect a luxury feel — it’s practical, not flashy. But it does what it’s meant to do.
Let me know if you want to see it — happy to chat.
